Update Trey Noah Trial

March 1, 2011 By Alice

The trial in Trey Noah’s murder will most likely take place towards to end of the year. Other cases take precedence over his according to the Blanco News Online.

“Harber has been released on $300,000 surety bond under nine conditions, including the conditions that he is not allowed to have contact with Noah’s family or Moore’s family, own or possess any firearm, or reside in a residence where firearms are present. Harber is instructed to remain in his residence between the hours of 10pm and 6am every night, and cannot leave the boundaries of Comal, Blanco, Burnet, Gillespie, Hays, Llano, Kendall, and Travis counties.

The court provided a list of locations which Harber must stay 500 feet from, which includes Blanco High School. Harber must also report weekly to the probation office in Gillespie County and pay $40 each month to the same department. Moore is still being held.”

Author Notes

Since 2009, I write about unsolved cases that need renewed media attention. I only do research and leave active investigations to the authorities.

My posts cover homicides, missing and unidentified people, wrongful convictions, and forensics as related to unsolved cases.

On book reviews: I only review select works of true crime, crime fiction, and historical fiction/mysteries. The stories have to fit my website's theme, tone, and research. It is my prerogative to not review a book. Please check the FAQ page for more.

My databases are free to the public. Cases are sorted by the victim’s last name.

If you have any questions about my website please check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page, the About page, and the tabs in both menu bars. If you cannot find the answers there, please contact me.
